Devyn Moran, OD

A native of Fort Gibson, Oklahoma, Dr. Devyn Moran joined Oklahoma Eye Surgeons in 2023. She received her Bachelor of Science in Cellular Biology with Honors followed by her Doctor of Optometry degree from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK. During her time in optometry school, Dr. Moran was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society and was honored with awards including the Award for Clinical Excellence, Outstanding Student, and Outstanding Research in Glaucoma. Additionally, Dr. Moran served as the national liaison to the Ocular Health and Wellness society through the American Optometric Student Association.

Dr. Moran completed an externship in Tulsa and Muskogee, OK. She then began her career with the Indian Health Service in Western Oklahoma. During her time with IHS, Dr. Moran proudly served the Native American population and gained valuable experience managing a wide variety of ocular disease including diabetic eye disease, glaucoma, ocular emergencies, and co-managing cataract surgery. Dr. Moran is certified in anterior segment laser procedures, other minor procedures, and advanced optometric vision care. Dr. Moran is a member of the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians, American Optometric Association and was a member of the 2022 Leadership Optometry Class with the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians.

In her free time, Dr. Moran loves to stay active and spend time in the great outdoors, travel, and enjoy time with her family and her adorable black labrador Oakley.
